Make Masterminding A Priority For Your Business

As the first two months of 2007 come and go, we all realize how quickly the year will pass. Soon the first quarter will be history. Are you where you want to be? I keep coming across websites and organizations that claim to offer masterminding services and what they're really offering are outrageously priced teleconferences. Now if you're after coaching, then that's great; but, let's be clear that's not masterminding. Masterminding happens when you have peer based group members who are committed to each other in an atmosphere of collaboration. I believe the best mastermind groups use facilitators, but either way, the group itself is the impetus of the productivity. A facilitator is used to free up the members to do what they do best, keeps the group focused, and prompts critical thinking and networking.
